Requesting a product through our website does not guarantee that we have the product.  Normally, requests are followed up within 24 hours.  If we do have a product in stock, we will reply and hold it for you for 24 hours from the time of our reply.  However, if the hold expires, all products are sold on a first come, first served basis.
